Marlena Panenka-Jakubiak She joined M.W. Trade SA in 2010; since 2014 she has been Deputy CFO of Controlling and Risk. At M.W. Trade SA, as a longtime member of the Investment Committee, Marlena Panenka-Jakubiak evaluates and recommends investment projects, cares about product portfolio, lays down contract terms (compliance); is also responsible for: portfolio management and its valuation, structuring transactions, liquidity, financial models, capital raising, implementing procedures and audit. She gained experience in the financial and investment sector. In 2009-2010, as an Analyst at Global Credit Development Fund Polska sp. z o.o., she was responsible for financial reporting, creating budget models, carrying out profit simulations, supporting national and foreign enterprises. Previously, in 2008-2009, Marlena Panenka-Jakubiak, as a Specialist of Analysis and Settlements at Euro Debt Group sp. z o.o., created Department of Analysis and Settlements and implemented the internal procedures. Marlena Panenka-Jakubiak was responsible for: portfolio analysis, cash flow planning, contract management and transaction settlement. |
Grzegorz Rojewski Member of the Management Board, A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, specialized in fundamental problems of sciences and technics – Biomechanics and Robotics. Successfully managed banking and financial institutions since 1994. As a member of the board and CEO managed and supervised areas of marketing, product development, risk and operations. Since 1994 until 2009 worked for AIG (American International Group took over in 1998-2000 CLA Credit Leasing Assistance Inc. and Bank Podlaski). Among AIG Group companies he had various position including: Branch Manager, CEO of AIG Market Service Ltd., and AIG Credit Inc., Chief Credit Risk Officer and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of AIG Bank Polska. Since 2006 he held a position of CEO and President of the AIG Bank Board. In 2011 Grzegorz Rojewski became CEO of Doradcy24 Inc., the company operated as a broker on the mortgage market, listed on the New Connect. Since the end of 2011 until 2015 as a General Director of the polish branch of Sygma Banque Societe Anonyme was responsible for income and cost optimization and change product mix and business model of the Bank. As a Operational Director in Hoist Polska Ltd., supervised Legal Collection, Back-Office, Bailiff’s Recovery, Compliance and Operational Risk since the end of 2017 and beginning of 2018. Grzegorz Rojewski joined MW Trade SA in January 2019. |
